Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

Go to My Orders in your account
Select the order you wish to cancel
Click "Cancel Order" and confirm your cancellation

Refund After Cancellation

If your order is cancelled before dispatch:

Full refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund will be credited within 3–5 business days

Cancellation After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once the package is received. Standard return policy will apply.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order is not delivered within the promised timeline, please contact us. We will investigate and process a full refund if the order is lost.
