Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• The original tags and packaging are intact
• The item is not in the "Final Sale" category

How to Initiate a Return

1. Go to My Orders in your account
2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
3. Click "Return Item" and select your reason
4. Our team will review and approve your return within 24 hours
5. Pack the item securely and hand it to our pickup partner

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges. If you need a different size, initiate a return and place a new order for the correct size.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
